As a concierge gifting service, we personally source, curate, and prepare each gift to your specifications. Please allow 7–10 business days for payment processing, item sourcing, and curation prior to shipment. Orders involving specialty, branded, or hard-to-source items may require additional lead time; we will notify you if this affects your order.

Order Process

Custom Orders: Provide detailed instructions to avoid errors. Just For U Gift Baskets is not responsible for inaccuracies due to incorrect details provided by customers.
Payment: Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Accepted methods include MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Venmo.
Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for payment processing, item sourcing, and curation. Orders involving branded or specialty items may require additional lead time.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
